Renee Dabbs
Renee Dabbs serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Conventions2024. She has worked with more than two dozen associations, coalitions, corporations and state party delegations to execute world class events in an environment where political, media and business expectations are high. Renee resides in Tampa so she has firsthand experience on how to navigate through a convention city.
Renee began her professional life in sales and marketing at Proctor & Gamble where she quickly advanced to an executive level position managing large business units. After P&G, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for The Victory Group, a full service communications, media, imaging and production firm. As COO and lead producer, Renee oversaw the production of more than 125 political spots per cycle and led the firm to increased net profit for six consecutive cycles.
Renee is a Principal at The Voyageur Company, one of the nation’s leading fundraising direct mail firms. She is also a strategic consultant working with national associations and not for profits in the areas of governance, sales and membership development. Her clients call her “The Fixer”.
